Windsor.ai lists Basic at $23 monthly or $19 a month on annual billing, checked November 4, 2026. It includes three data sources, seventy-five accounts, five active destination tasks and daily task refresh.

Windsor.ai defines a source as a platform connector and an account as a selected entity inside it. For example, each selected Google Ads client account counts separately, while its manager account does not stand in for them.

Windsor.ai lists Standard with seven data sources, seventy-five accounts, unlimited destination tasks and daily or hourly task refresh. BI syncs have separate terms on the pricing page. Confirm whether each desired connection is a BI sync or a destination task.

A hypothetical portfolio using three platforms across twenty accounts may fit Basic’s stated source and account allowances. Six simultaneously active destination tasks would exceed its five-task allowance. Check account counting, history, destination charges and the actual quote before committing.

Understand the two caches

Windsor.ai distinguishes its cache data store, an internal database populated by a destination task, from its temporary query cache. Identical queries may return cached responses; scheduled refreshes bypass the query cache.

Windsor.ai says an unused cache data store URL can deactivate its task after three days unless the prevention setting is enabled. Check task status, source timestamps and the dashboard after a scheduled run. Ask how source revisions and backfills are handled.

Prepare for account changes and exit

Record who authorized each source, who owns the destination and how to reconnect when a client changes permissions. Test the handoff and export a representative dataset before removing the old connection.

Windsor.ai terms say requests for return of personal data must be made within thirty days after services end, subject to the agreement’s conditions. Confirm retention and deletion for the particular destination and data before cancellation. A cache is not a substitute for an independently controlled archive.

Windsor.ai lists live chat support across plans and a dedicated account manager on Enterprise. Ask about support hours and escalation for a failed task.
