From connected data to a client report
Swydo suits recurring client reports delivered as a static PDF, an interactive dashboard link or a presentation view. Each connected account counts as a data source. For dashboard links, the date-range control can be left available to readers or turned off. See Swydo’s sharing options.
Try the format your client actually uses: open the PDF on a phone, or share a dashboard internally and check the date controls. If you mainly need to feed a warehouse or keep an established spreadsheet workflow, compare those requirements carefully before choosing a reporting workspace.
How data sources affect the bill
Swydo distinguishes an integration from a data source. For example, a platform is an integration; an individual account or property can be a source. A source connected to one client can be reused across that client’s reports. Connecting the same source twice, or under a different client, counts again.
The vendor says sources connected during a billing cycle remain billable for that cycle, including sources that error or are later deleted. Count the connections for each client. Check current usage and get a quote before committing. Read the billing FAQ.
Try a real reporting cycle
Bring one existing client report into the trial. Check source accounts and metrics, then set a KPI target. See what a reader sees when a connection fails. Then deliver the result in the format your client expects and ask the account manager who will maintain it to make a change.
Before leaving any reporting tool, ask what can be exported as editable data and what must be rebuilt. A PDF or dashboard helps with delivery. Ask the next vendor which parts of the workspace it can import.
