Placement terms

The details to discuss before agreeing to a sponsored placement.

Your placement proposal

Your proposal sets out the product, page, format, copy length, link, dates, price, payment timing, reporting, and cancellation or refund conditions. An inquiry creates no booking and no payment obligation.

Editorial and factual review

Quillwell may decline a product that is irrelevant, cannot support its claims, or conflicts with the publication’s standards. Sponsors supply accurate product information and permission to use the assets they provide.

Sponsored copy is reviewed separately from editorial recommendations. A placement remains visibly labeled for its full term.

Approval and publication

The agreed draft and commercial terms must be approved before publication. Your agreement specifies the page and the start and end dates. Material changes to the agreed placement require a documented resolution with the sponsor.

Measurement

Page visits, outbound clicks, AI citations, and product recommendations measure different things. Your proposal specifies which observations, if any, are included in reporting. No ranking, citation, recommendation, lead, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.

End of the placement

Before booking, agree what happens at the end of the term: which material is removed or retained, how renewal works, and the remedy if the page becomes unavailable.

Current status

These are proposed terms, not a booking or final agreement. This website takes no payment; a placement requires a separate agreement.
