Contract for the program

BigMarker’s packages page lists Basic at up to 1,000 live attendees and Enterprise at up to 10,000. Its separate webcast plans page describes Basic, Professional and Enterprise as configurable up to 1 million; its detailed table also displays different tier limits. These descriptions do not establish your purchased capacity. Obtain a written quote specifying the offering, concurrent audience, hosts, events, support and integrations.

BigMarker describes separate registration and attendance caps. Set both deliberately and test the full-room experience, timezone and browser compatibility before launch.

Distinguish live and prerecorded

BigMarker’s live guide describes scheduled or recurring live webinars. Its evergreen guide describes automated sessions at fixed intervals or triggered when a visitor arrives. Tell registrants whether presenters are live and who will answer questions.

BigMarker says an on-demand event can use a live recording or an uploaded video and starts unpublished. Confirm registration gating, link access, publication and unpublishing before making it available; test that the intended audience can actually watch.

Prepare captions and data controls

BigMarker’s on-demand captions guide describes uploading VTT files or generating captions and says closed captions are available only on Enterprise plans; it also says an admin must enable captions for evergreen webinars. Confirm the applicable plan and live caption support in your quote, review the output and offer an accessible alternative where needed.

BigMarker describes a configurable cookie-consent bar for landing pages. It is a control, not a complete privacy program. Set a policy for recording notices, attendee and chat data, replay links, retention and deletion, and verify it across the registration page and player.

Reconcile the event with the CRM

BigMarker describes HubSpot list import and registration and attendance export. Confirm which direction, field mappings, consent values, event states and integration entitlement apply to your contract.

Run an authorized test registration, live attendance and replay view. Reconcile the source report against the CRM, inspect failed writes and establish who handles duplicates, missing required fields and post-event follow-up.

Is a converted on-demand webinar immediately public?

BigMarker says it starts unpublished and must be published before guests or registrants can view it.
