The short answer

  • Consider Adalysis if configurable daily audits and selected-account access fit your agency.
  • Adalysis pricing bases plans on monthly ad spend.
  • Adalysis’s FAQ says account audit data refreshes daily around 4 am account time.
  • If rule previews and scheduled execution are the priority, compare Optmyzr.

Build an audit workflow

Use the audit to focus the team on issues it can review and act on. Check the thresholds before enabling automatic fixes.

Adalysis’s audit overview describes daily audits that prioritize critical issues, errors and recommendations. Selected fixes can use auto resolve, and thresholds and alert settings can be adapted and shared across accounts.

Adalysis also offers downloadable PDF audit reports in that overview. Have an account owner review a sample report and decide which issues require approval. Document the expected escalation before automating a fix.

Before committing, agree on a representative task with the person who owns the account. Record the expected result and the actual result, including any step that requires approval. Ask the vendor to explain any gap you cannot observe in the trial. Keep the result alongside the quote so the decision includes the work as well as the price.

Quote the spend you manage

Request a quote for the same monthly spend and billing period you use to compare alternatives. Account count alone will not give you a comparable price.

Adalysis pricing bases plans on monthly ad spend and offers monthly, six-month and annual options. It lists unlimited Google Ads accounts, Microsoft Ads accounts and users.

The captured dynamic tiers did not expose numeric prices. Give the vendor your current spend and expected growth, then record the billing period with the quote. Verify any plan entitlement needed for your access model.

Set access for each person

Scope the contractor’s login to the accounts they need and test the effective permissions. A named login helps the agency manage departures.

Adalysis team documentation describes view-only or view/edit access per login, as well as no access. Scope can cover all accounts, a manager subtree or selected ad accounts.

For example, an agency with ten accounts can configure a contractor for two chosen accounts. Check that the test login sees only the intended accounts and has the expected edit rights.

Adalysis says administrators cannot grant more access than they have, and each Google account can belong to only one Adalysis account. Confirm the identity and plan entitlement before inviting a contractor.

Check history and refresh

Agree on the record your client needs, then check the source and timing of each change. Separate views can require reconciliation.

Adalysis change history separates local history for Adalysis actions from a Google Ads history view for platform changes. That documentation does not prove complete retention, export coverage or rollback.

Adalysis’s current team guide describes owner-email attribution in Google history and local history for individual accountability. An older Adalysis update describes an option for individual team emails when members also have platform access. Confirm the current configuration before promising platform-level actor identity.

Adalysis’s FAQ says audit data refreshes daily around 4 am account time. External Google Ads budget edits may wait until the next refresh. Many screens support CSV export; test the fields you need.

How to compare the alternatives

Compare the work to be reviewed and the boundary around each client. Quote the same portfolio for each option.

Consider Optmyzr if previewing rules before scheduling or applying them matters. Optmyzr’s Rule Engine guide describes that workflow.

Consider Opteo if its account caps fit and your team can work within its visibility model. Opteo permissions allow invited teammates to see connected account names, including unlinked accounts.

The PPC management buying guide offers a common checklist. The Optmyzr alternatives comparison covers these tradeoffs in more detail.

Use the same client portfolio for each discussion. Ask each vendor to demonstrate the role your contractor will use, then record what that person can see. Review the change record with the client owner before choosing a process for ongoing reconciliation.
