The short answer
- Choose company-level or person-level identification before comparing prices.
- RB2B’s pricing table limits contact-level identification to the US and describes global company-level identification.
- Snitcher distinguishes suggested contacts from known visitors linked through a supplied email.
- Test both products on the same consented known visits, including visits with no match.
Choose company or person identification first
Start with the decision your team must make. A company signal can prioritize an account; a person signal needs a reliable link between a visit and an individual.
RB2B’s pricing table describes US contact-level identification and global company-level identification. Free identifies companies, Starter adds LinkedIn URLs, and Pro adds email and integrations.
Snitcher’s explanation separates company matches from persona-selected suggested contacts and describes known visitors linked through supplied email identity. A suggested employee is a lead for research, not proof that the employee visited.
Snitcher’s form tracking guide says submitted email can link previous sessions without contact-reveal credits. It is enabled by default for standard HTML forms; custom forms and OAuth, SSO or passwordless flows may need identify() instead.
For example, a matched account may have a suggested sales employee while another visitor submits an email. Label the suggestion and the known visitor separately before either record reaches a sales workflow.
Compare coverage with a known cohort
Keep the population visible whenever you compare a coverage claim. A returned record and a correct match answer different questions. A correct record still needs to support an action.
RB2B’s how-it-works article claims 40–45% person-level and 30–35% company-level coverage for qualified US traffic. Its visitor profile FAQ separately claims 70–80% US contact-level identification.
The sources use different denominator wording and do not reconcile those claims. Ask RB2B to define qualification and the FAQ population before using either figure in a forecast.
Compare both products on the same known visits, recording the region for each identity type. Keep no matches and false identifications in the results; a match agreed by both products is not proof of correctness.
Compare units and fields
Price the output and the handoff your team needs. The billing units differ, so use your own forecast rather than treating the starting prices as equivalent.
RB2B pricing lists Starter at $79/month and Pro starting at $149. Free includes 150 monthly resolutions; Pro volumes are controlled dynamically.
Snitcher pricing counts unique identified companies per month and displays $49 for the 0–50 monthly company-ID band. It includes unlimited teammates and CRM/API access; verify the billing cadence and relevant contact capability in your quote.
| Decision | RB2B | Snitcher |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | US contact-level and global company-level | Company matches and known visitors; suggested contacts |
| Billing | Monthly resolutions and plan tiers | Unique identified companies per month |
| Handoff | Starter has LinkedIn URLs; Pro adds email and integrations | CRM/API access included; known visitors linked through supplied email |

A company identified once during a month and a resolution are different units. Record the expected workload and required person fields on each quote.
Set up consent and inspect the handoff
Agree on the consent workflow before collecting a cohort, then follow each result into the system where someone will act on it.
RB2B’s setup guidance describes automatic consent gating with CookieYes and manual script gating for other consent managers. Have the team responsible for your setup decide how to configure the test.
Snitcher’s explainer describes segment-triggered workflows for CRM, Slack or webhooks. Test the identity label and destination owner on a controlled record before relying on a trigger.
RB2B’s profile FAQ places page-view history in the Activity panel. Obtain the export schema and retention terms for your plan before treating that visible history as portable.
Inspect what leaves each product
A visible record and an independently usable export are separate requirements. Compare the fields with the destination and keep an original copy of each result.
Snitcher’s export guide offers 43 fields in selected-column export, while all-column export uses a fixed 26/27-field layout. Multivalue fields truncate after 100 entries without a marker.
Snitcher says export counts can differ from the interface because of refresh and filtering, and advises the API for larger histories. Reconcile the same filtered view and inspect a record with a long history.
We found no RB2B documentation of an export schema or retention terms. Obtain those details and compare a sample export with the fields needed at the destination.
Run the same visitor and export worksheet
Run both products on the same pages and dates. Snitcher recommends concurrent trials with raw exports and overlap comparisons; overlap alone does not prove accuracy.
Use the software trial guide to agree on acceptance criteria and a decision owner.
Common questions
Which is best, RB2B or Snitcher?
Consider RB2B if eligible US person-level signals and its plan fields fit your workflow. Consider Snitcher if account prioritization and company-based pricing fit your needs.
Is a Snitcher suggested contact the visitor?
Snitcher’s explanation selects suggested contacts by persona at a matched company. Known visitors are linked through a supplied email identity.
Do RB2B coverage claims predict results on my site?
RB2B’s claims use different population wording. Test correct company and person matches separately against your own eligible known-visit cohort.
Can I export visitor history?
Snitcher’s export guide warns of unmarked truncation in multivalue fields. Obtain RB2B export and retention terms and test both outputs against your needs.
