The short answer
- Consider Findymail if managed CRM maintenance and field-level controls matter.
- Consider Hunter if your team wants a finder with an owner-controlled HubSpot sync.
- Compare subscription usage and credit rules separately, then test the same CRM handoff.
- Stay with FullEnrich if its waterfall and manual list controls suit the job.
Findymail: CRM maintenance and finding
Consider Findymail when the job extends beyond a single enrichment run. Its managed CRM workflow is worth examining if the team needs an ongoing review of contact changes.
Findymail Datacare advertises monthly scans and job-change tracking, with live updates and duplicate merging. Its page describes field-level no-override defaults and segment selection, with preview and rollback.
Choose a small segment with existing CRM values and agree on what should happen when a person changes jobs. Inspect the proposed changes and the rollback path with your CRM owner before expanding the workflow.
Findymail pricing lists Individual at $99/month, Team at $399 and Scale at $999 with different seats and usage. Its reseller credit plans are separate from those prospecting subscriptions.
Findymail’s API documentation says Individual, Team and Scale share usage limits rather than credits. The credit-plan finder and verifier rules do not reveal the absolute allowances on those usage plans.
On Findymail credit plans, finder success consumes credits and verifier requests cost one verifier credit regardless of result. Obtain the applicable usage allowance and renewal terms for the plan you are pricing.
Findymail’s bounce guarantee requires at least 1,000 B2B addresses sent within 48 hours of verification, with invalid-address bounces above 5%. Claims must be made within 30 days; support reviews compensation individually.
The guarantee includes verified catch-alls under those conditions. Treat it as a conditional remedy and retain the sending evidence required for any claim.
Hunter: finder and HubSpot sync
Consider Hunter when your team starts with a known person or a company domain and needs to manage the resulting lead in HubSpot. Account for who owns each lead before designing the sync.
Hunter’s finding guide distinguishes Domain Search, starting with a company or domain, from Email Finder, starting with a person and company. Finder verification is included; a new Domain Search verification can cost separately.
Hunter’s API documentation distinguishes found from inferred addresses and offers a found-only endpoint. Its verification outputs include valid and accept-all statuses; unknown is also possible. Preserve the status with the record.
Hunter’s credit guide assigns 0.2 unified credits to enrichment, one to a finder request and 0.5 to verification in its all-in-one product. The Data Platform uses separate search and verification pools.
Hunter’s duplicate billing guide defines free repeat requests by team and billing window, but separate bulk CSV uploads do not share that free duplicate rule. Price your actual route instead of assuming every repeated request is free.
Hunter’s HubSpot guide says only a lead owner can manually sync that lead, even from a shared list. Existing leads need an explicit sync after connecting; matching links contacts by email.
Hunter’s record-level finding fills only an empty email. That rule describes the finding action, so review other mapped sync fields separately.
For a shared agency list, assign an owner to a sample lead and trace the manual sync to the intended portal. Include a contact with an existing email and inspect the resulting record.
Hunter’s verification FAQ says unknown checks consume no credits and verification cannot guarantee zero bounces. Decide how your team handles an unknown result before sending.
Compare the same workflow
Use the same sample and record the requested field and resulting CRM action. The units below describe different workflows, so they do not by themselves produce a comparable total.
| Decision | Findymail | Hunter | FullEnrich |
|---|---|---|---|
| Billing | Usage subscriptions differ from reseller credit plans. | All-in-one enrichment uses 0.2 unified credits. | Work email uses one credit; mobile phone uses ten. |
| CRM workflow | Datacare advertises preview, rollback and no-override defaults. | Lead owner manually syncs; existing leads need explicit sync. | List beta uses manual runs and per-field rules. |
| Result or retention | Verifier requests cost one credit on credit plans. | Unknown verification checks consume no credits. | Enriched contacts are deleted after three months. |

For a fair trial, give each vendor the same permitted records and desired fields. Record the observed charges and statuses separately from the CRM changes; a returned value is not automatically an approved update.
Save an original export and test recovery on a controlled record. The contact enrichment buying guide provides a worksheet for field controls and exit planning.
When to stay with FullEnrich
Stay with FullEnrich when its waterfall and manual HubSpot list workflow fit your team, and the credit rates match the fields you need. A move also has a cost in field mapping and review.
FullEnrich’s credit guide charges for catch-all and probably-valid work emails but leaves no-result lookups uncharged. Those distinctions matter when a team reviews uncertain results before using them.
FullEnrich’s list guide describes per-field fill-empty or overwrite rules for manual HubSpot runs. The beta excludes scheduling and previews, so it fits a team prepared to review the process around each run.
FullEnrich pricing lists separate rates for work email and mobile phone, with different rollover periods for monthly and yearly credits. Remaining subscription credits end at cycle end after cancellation under its credit guide.
Export enriched contacts before the three-month deletion window and reconcile what you need in HubSpot. The FullEnrich product guide covers its workflow and exit decisions in more detail.
