The short answer
- This guide uses vendor documentation checked November 5, 2026. We have not built, published or transferred a site in the product.
- Duda separates platform access from site subscriptions. Agency and White Label include multiple site subscriptions; calculate extra sites and apps for the portfolio.
- Duda says a transferred site is unpublished until its new owner selects and pays for a subscription and republishes. Plan a handoff window.
Price an agency portfolio
Duda lists Basic and Team with one included Core project, and Agency and White Label with four. Its annual-billing view lists Agency at $52 per month equivalent and White Label at $149; month-to-month rates are $69 and $199 respectively. Additional projects and services are priced separately.
Duda lists three team seats on Team and six on Agency and White Label, while client accounts are listed as unlimited on those plans. Client access is not the same as an internal staff seat. Price the extra sites, per-site services, ecommerce and apps for the full roster.
Duda lists editor and dashboard white-labeling on White Label and Custom plans. Confirm which client permissions, support and branding features are included in the quoted edition. Duda says app subscriptions are independent and can keep billing after a site is unpublished.
Map content ownership and language
Duda says dynamic pages draw from collections and client access to the collection governs whether its data can be changed. Some collection data is external; establish backups, credentials and the source of truth. Duda describes an hourly default sync for external collections and warns of external API limits.
Duda’s pricing table describes Limited Dynamic Pages as one internal collection per site with up to ten rows; Team is listed as Limited. Agency and White Label are listed as Standard, with up to 100 internal collections or connections to Google Sheets or Airtable. Verify account and site entitlements before assuming a client’s content model fits.
Duda’s external collections guide lists Team with higher internal collection limits and assigns the one-collection, ten-row limit to legacy Team and Pro. The descriptions differ and may concern different entitlements. Confirm the limits for the particular account and plan before estimating a migration.
Duda says it creates a separate site version for each additional language and changes in one version do not automatically appear in the others. Assign a translation and review owner; test the content, metadata and navigation in every language.
Duda also describes an approximate 200-page total across languages for multilingual sites. Confirm that limit and review translation links and new pages before committing to a larger portfolio.

Prepare a client transfer
Duda says the receiving account needs an active subscription and excludes sites with certain add-ons, Client Billing or unpaid invoices. The existing site subscription is canceled and the site is unpublished on transfer; the recipient must buy a subscription and republish.
Duda warns form responses might not transfer and custom widgets must exist in the destination account. Back up leads, coordinate DNS and integrations, and agree on who controls the account and can approve publication.
Review what site export leaves behind
Duda documents export for published sites up to 1 GB on Agency plans and above, but not Vibe projects. The export does not contain dynamic pages, store functionality or the blog as HTML; contact forms and personalization do not continue to work.
Duda says exported sites cannot be edited with its builder on the new host and may require development. Request a representative export and test templates, assets, forms, redirects and licensing before promising a portable handoff.
How to compare the alternatives

Common questions
