The short answer
- Emailable fits teams that want a filtered HubSpot list and verification described as sending no emails.
- A verification uses one credit; unknown results and same-list duplicate copies are uncharged.
- Some accept-all addresses remain risky, so retain the underlying result.
- A new list needs a separate policy for contacts in other active lists.
Decide what to do with uncertain results
Set a policy for unresolved addresses before deciding which results enter a campaign. A domain setting and an individual mailbox verdict answer different questions.
Emailable’s accept-all guide says some addresses can be resolved as deliverable or undeliverable. Emailable leaves unresolved cases as Risky (Accept-All).
Keep the raw status when exporting results. For example, a team might hold an unresolved address for review while retaining a separately resolved address under its own sending policy.
Emailable’s FAQ says checked recipients receive no emails from its verification. A verification result still does not guarantee inbox placement or permission to contact someone.
Build a filtered list in HubSpot
Choose the export that matches your sending policy, then inspect the other places those contacts appear. A new list selects contacts; suppression elsewhere requires its own rule.
Emailable’s HubSpot guide says verified contacts export into a new list. Maximum Reach includes deliverable, risky and unknown results; Maximum Deliverability includes deliverable results only.
For a campaign requiring only deliverable results, inspect the Maximum Deliverability list before selecting it. Test existing memberships and campaign rules separately, since creating that list does not remove contacts everywhere.
Emailable says removing the integration leaves previously transmitted HubSpot data in place. Include those records in the handoff plan when changing tools.
Preserve your existing risk policy
Map the decisions your current system makes as well as its fields. A matching label can hide a different reason or downstream action.
Emailable’s migration guide maps ZeroBounce fields and statuses, but some suppression categories have no direct state equivalent. Preserve the original suppression reason and test temporary failures before changing imports.
For API migration, Emailable describes a CSV link for batches over 1,000 and potentially partial results for smaller batches. Its fixed test addresses can help check the integration before reconciling a representative export.
Forecast credits and guarantee conditions
Include recurring verification in your forecast and read the guarantee against the origin of your list. A guarantee for qualifying checks is not a campaign-loss remedy.
Emailable’s credit guide says one credit covers a verification across bulk, single, API and widget. Unknown results and same-list duplicate copies are uncharged; credits do not expire and subscriptions roll over.
Emailable lists a 5,000-credit pay-as-you-go minimum. The same-list duplicate rule does not mean a separate repeat job is free.
Emailable’s guarantee requires at least 1,000 unique self-collected opt-in addresses with deliverable verdicts and sending within 24 hours. Claims must be raised within 72 hours; qualifying verification checks are the remedy.
Emailable specifies different thresholds for Microsoft-managed addresses and other addresses, and excludes reputation and server failures. Check whether your list source and sending process qualify before relying on the guarantee.
Test the complete handoff
Follow a representative contact from verification to the list your team will actually use. Record unresolved outcomes with the classified addresses.
Keep the original export and inspect the contact in any existing active list. Compare the intended rule with the observed action before using the new list for a campaign.
The software trial guide helps structure the evaluation. A larger classified share alone does not prove that the classifications are accurate.
How to compare the alternatives
Consider Bouncer when recurring HubSpot checks and recommendations for a configured workflow matter. Consider ZeroBounce when its optional catch-all workflow and account credit terms fit your process.
The ZeroBounce alternatives comparison compares the documented workflows. Use the email verification buying guide to plan a shared evaluation.
