## The short answer

- Price the number of client brands alongside the video allowance; a text allowance alone does not cover a video library.
- For five brands, [Senja Pro](https://senja.io/pricing) lists five projects at $59 monthly; check video needs and client access.
- If separated client workspaces are essential, evaluate [Famewall’s Agency tier](https://famewall.io/pricing/) and get a quote for your actual workload.
- Export the content and test a rebuilt widget before canceling. Keep permission records with each testimonial.

## Price the actual library

Count each client brand and its expected video library before choosing a tier. A low entry price can describe a much smaller collection than the one your agency needs.

Take an agency with five brands, one public wall per brand, and more than six videos in the library. This is a planning example, with each brand needing its own collection space and wall.

[Senja pricing](https://senja.io/pricing) lists Pro at $59 monthly with five projects and five seats. Ask whether the intended video library and each client’s access fit that tier.

[Testimonial.to pricing](https://testimonial.to/pricing/) lists annual Ultimate at $600 per Space with unlimited videos. Additional Spaces add charges, so the first Space is $600 yearly and the total for five needs a quote. Starter is $300 yearly with unlimited text and two videos total; that allowance does not fit the example.

[Famewall pricing](https://famewall.io/pricing/) lists Professional at $299 yearly with fifteen published walls and unlimited video and audio. The wall count fits this example, but a wall allowance alone does not prove separated client workspaces. Famewall lists those on its Agency tier; ask for the price and access model if isolation is required.

These figures use different billing cadences. Compare the commitment as well as the amount, and ask for a written total for your actual brands and seats. A space, project or wall is a vendor-specific unit; check what each one separates before assuming they are interchangeable.

## Compare the constraints side by side

Use the table to narrow the trial, then test the boundary that matters to your client. A published wall is a display allowance; it does not by itself confirm who can see or edit another brand’s content.

| Vendor and billing | Limit that changes the choice | Control or export to inspect |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Senja | Pro: $59 monthly; five projects and five seats. | [Senja project copying](https://support.senja.io/how-do-i-copy-testimonials-to-another-project-du3im) uses CSV; auto-merged multiclip videos are excluded and spreadsheet imports are approved by default. |
| Testimonial.to | Ultimate: $600 yearly per Space; unlimited videos. Additional Spaces cost extra. | [Testimonial.to export](https://testimonial.to/guide/articles/export-video-and-text-testimonials) offers a Space CSV and separate single-item image or video downloads. |
| Famewall | Professional: $299 yearly; fifteen published walls and unlimited video and audio. | [Famewall bulk import](https://docs.famewall.io/bulk-import-testimonials) excludes video; confirm how separate client access works. |

Senja counts projects and seats in the cited Pro tier. Testimonial.to prices the cited Ultimate tier by Space. Famewall gives Professional a wall allowance and reserves separated client workspaces for Agency. Ask each vendor whether a client can enter its own area without seeing another client’s material.

Decide whether your agency needs client logins at all. If only staff curate testimonials, a shared account may suit the workflow. If clients review submissions directly, test their permissions with two separate test brands before relying on the account structure.

## Separate content from the display

Plan a move around the assets you must restore, not just the rows in a spreadsheet. An import can succeed while the old collection form and the live page still depend on the original account.

[Testimonial.to’s export guide](https://testimonial.to/guide/articles/export-video-and-text-testimonials) provides a CSV for a whole Space and individual downloads for images or videos. The documented CSV schema does not prove that consent or approval status travels with each record. Save a sample and inspect it before treating the file as a complete backup.

[Senja’s migration guide](https://support.senja.io/how-to-migrate-from-testimonialto-to-senja-2gj2c) distinguishes a public Wall of Love import from a CSV route for private or unapproved content. Forms and widgets need rebuilding. The CSV instructions also refer to adding desired items to the Wall, so clarify the treatment of private items before moving them.

[Senja’s import guide](https://support.senja.io/how-to-import-testimonials-into-senja-pdrln) says imported testimonials can be used in widgets and sorted by their original review date. Check a dated sample after import; a correct sort order alone does not prove that media or permission records survived.

[Famewall’s import mapping](https://docs.famewall.io/bulk-import-testimonials) includes author, image URL, message, rating, source type, categories and time. It excludes video from bulk CSV import. An image URL is a reference, so check that the underlying image remains accessible after the source account closes.

[Famewall’s video guide](https://docs.famewall.io/how-to-download-video-testimonials) describes local downloads for collected and previously imported videos. Download a representative file and play it independently. Ask about original quality and the effort needed to retrieve the whole library.

Keep a separate inventory of where each widget appears and who can change that page. Rebuild one representative display in the destination, check it on the client site, and retain the old account until the replacement is accepted.

## Carry the permission record

Treat permission to publish as an asset that needs its own check. A row containing a quote does not prove where its author agreed to have it used.

[Senja’s privacy guide](https://support.senja.io/customer-details-and-privacy-8520p) shows public, private and channel-specific consent per testimonial. Consent cannot be filtered directly; its documented workaround uses tags. Edits to customer details overwrite previous values without history.

Before moving, record the original consent and any limits on its use in an accessible archive. Compare that record with the imported item. If a field is missing, keep the item out of public displays until the permission is confirmed.

[Senja’s project-copy guide](https://support.senja.io/how-do-i-copy-testimonials-to-another-project-du3im) says spreadsheet imports are approved by default. That default can change a review workflow: inspect imported items before putting them into a widget, especially if the source library includes unapproved submissions.

A client handoff inside the same product deserves a different test from a cross-vendor move. [Senja’s transfer guide](https://support.senja.io/how-to-transfer-a-project-to-another-senja-account-unncj) says support can transfer a project with its forms, widgets and settings, while links remain functional. The old owner becomes an Admin, so review access after the handoff.

Senja says the recipient plan’s limits apply when only the project moves; moving the subscription is a separate option. Ask the recipient to verify entitlements and inspect the live client pages before removing the agency’s access.

## Protect the live page before cancellation

Check what remains public before ending a subscription. Retained account data and a working embed are separate outcomes, so schedule the switch around the client’s published pages.

[Senja’s cancellation guide](https://support.senja.io/how-do-i-cancel-my-paid-plan-bh2px) says existing testimonials, projects and teammates remain. After the paid period and a ten-day feature grace period, new testimonials beyond the free limit of fifteen lock, branding returns and auto-import stops.

[Famewall’s cancellation FAQ](https://famewall.io/pricing/) says widgets and walls are retained but unpublished when the account converts to free. The source does not specify the exact timing. Arrange a replacement before cancellation and confirm the transition date with Famewall.

[Testimonial.to’s downgrade guide](https://help.testimonial.to/en/articles/6892055-how-to-downgrade-or-cancel-a-plan) says plans apply to the whole account and extra Spaces must be deleted to reach a lower Space limit. It also describes video-limit gates and a fourteen-day overflow visibility period before locking.

Testimonial.to’s instructions describe both trimming videos before confirmation and a later overflow period. Confirm the sequence for your account before taking action. Export and verify each Space before removing it; cancellation and account deletion are separate processes.

If automated backup is important, [Testimonial.to’s API guide](https://testimonial.to/guide/articles/api-get-all-testimonials) restricts access to Ultimate and Ultimate+ and scopes each key to one Space. The endpoint excludes videos still processing. Check the returned fields and obtain media files separately before relying on it.

## Run a portability trial

Use a small, owned test library before committing client material. Record the result for each candidate and keep the source account active while you inspect the destination.
