## The short answer

- Senja suits a team that wants to collect proof across projects and plan a client handoff.
- [Senja Pro](https://senja.io/pricing) lists five projects and five seats at $59 monthly.
- A spreadsheet import is approved by default, so review imported items before publishing.
- Compare Famewall if separated client workspaces are essential; price Testimonial.to if its Space model fits.

## Price the projects you need

Count the brands and people who need access before choosing a plan. A project allowance is useful only if the access arrangement works for each client.

[Senja pricing](https://senja.io/pricing) lists Starter at $29 monthly with unlimited testimonials and three forms. The plan includes one project and two seats. Pro is $59 monthly with five projects and five seats; paid extras are available.

For an agency with five client brands, one project per brand uses the listed Pro project allowance. A sixth brand needs a different arrangement or a paid extra; ask Senja for the actual price and entitlement.

The plan count does not prove that a client can see only its own material. Invite a test client and inspect access before placing sensitive submissions in the account. Check the video library against the chosen plan as well.

Annual billing differs from these monthly prices. Ask for a written total using your actual seats and projects, including any extras, before comparing an annual quote elsewhere.

## Collect and review before publishing

Build a review step into the collection workflow. A testimonial can arrive with an apparent approval state that needs human attention.

[Senja’s project-copy guide](https://support.senja.io/how-do-i-copy-testimonials-to-another-project-du3im) says CSV export and import work between projects on all plans. Spreadsheet-imported testimonials are approved by default, while auto-merged multiclip videos are excluded.

For example, move an unapproved test quote into a separate project and inspect its status before adding it to a widget. Keep the source record and its permission alongside the test result. An approved status alone does not prove permission to publish.

[Senja’s privacy guide](https://support.senja.io/customer-details-and-privacy-8520p) shows consent for public use and private use, as well as specific channels on each testimonial. Consent cannot be filtered directly; the documented workaround uses tags. Customer-detail edits overwrite prior values without history.

Use a separate archive for original permission records and check each imported item against it. If your team relies on tags, agree who adds them and audits them. Test what the export actually contains before relying on the tags during a move.

## Move content and rebuild displays

Treat a move from another product as a content migration plus a separate display project. Budget time for the form and the page that embeds the widget.

[Senja’s migration guide](https://support.senja.io/how-to-migrate-from-testimonialto-to-senja-2gj2c) distinguishes public Wall of Love import from a CSV route for private or unapproved content. Forms and widgets need rebuilding after migration.

The same Senja CSV instructions mention adding desired items to the Wall. Clarify the handling of private items before following that route, and use a synthetic sample to verify visibility.

[Senja’s import guide](https://support.senja.io/how-to-import-testimonials-into-senja-pdrln) says imported testimonials can be used in widgets and sorted by original review date. Check the date on a sample and inspect the media independently. The documented import does not prove that consent or every media file travels with it.

Inventory each live client page before changing it. Rebuild a representative form and widget, then ask the page owner to check the replacement. Keep the source account available until the team has verified the content and display.

## Hand off a project or leave

Choose the handoff route based on whether the client will keep using Senja. A project transfer inside the product has different consequences from copying content elsewhere.

[Senja’s transfer guide](https://support.senja.io/how-to-transfer-a-project-to-another-senja-account-unncj) says support can transfer a project with testimonials and forms. Widgets and settings also transfer while links remain functional. The former owner becomes an Admin and other roles stay.

When only the Senja project moves, the recipient plan limits apply. Moving the subscription is a separate option. Review the old owner’s access after the transfer and ask the recipient to check entitlements before the handoff.

[Senja’s cancellation guide](https://support.senja.io/how-do-i-cancel-my-paid-plan-bh2px) says existing testimonials and projects remain after cancellation. Teammates remain too. After the paid period and a ten-day feature grace period, new testimonials beyond the free limit of fifteen lock and branding returns; auto-import stops.

Check the actual project status before promising a client that a display will behave unchanged. Cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. Save a verified copy of the material before changing either.

## Read engagement carefully

Use engagement to see how visitors interact with a display. It cannot by itself confirm that the testimonial caused a sale.

[Senja’s analytics guide](https://support.senja.io/what-are-testimonial-analytics-etnz4) describes a rolling 30-day window for widget and wall metrics. Widget engagement includes clicks and swipes as well as video play; wall CTA click rate is a separate measure.

For a client report, record which display and period the number covers. Pair it with the client’s own sales measurement, and avoid attributing a purchase to a widget without a suitable comparison.

## How to compare the alternatives

Choose the alternative that addresses the constraint you cannot solve in Senja. Compare the full library and the work needed to maintain it.

[Famewall pricing](https://famewall.io/pricing/) lists separated client workspaces on its Agency tier, making it worth investigating when client isolation is essential. Get the Agency price and test access rather than assuming a wall allowance provides isolation.

[Testimonial.to pricing](https://testimonial.to/pricing/) lists annual Ultimate at $600 per Space with unlimited videos. It may fit when a Space-based arrangement and that video allowance match the library; additional Spaces add charges.

Read the [Testimonial.to alternatives comparison](https://quillwell.com/guides/compare/testimonial-to-alternatives/) for a side-by-side view, then use the [testimonial software buying guide](https://quillwell.com/guides/testimonial-software/) to run the same portability trial across candidates.
