Check how buyers will access sensitive proposals. ## Separate page creation from automation [Qwilr](https://qwilr.com/pricing/) lists Starter at $35 per user per month billed annually, Growth at $55 with a five-user minimum, and Scale at $75 with a ten-user minimum. Growth and Scale are annual-only. Qwilr also lists a monthly Starter option and different currency for Australia and New Zealand; confirm taxes and the applicable quote. [Qwilr](https://qwilr.com/pricing/) lists unlimited shareable pages, separate from API and automated document creation. Its pricing table lists 40, 200 and 600 included generated documents for Starter, Growth and Scale respectively; monthly Starter has no included documents. Pay-as-you-go is listed at $2.50 USD per generated document, with bundles priced separately. Confirm the allowance period and which creation methods use it. Recipients are distinct from paid team users. ## Build a page and define acceptance [Qwilr](https://qwilr.com/pricing/) describes interactive quotes and an Accept block in a browser-based page, plus PDF export. Check whether selected options and the final agreement are clear in both online and archived forms. [Qwilr says](https://qwilr.com/compare/proposify/) it offers content locks and permissions but not multi-step pre-send approval routing; a buyer’s acceptance is separate from internal sign-off. [Qwilr](https://help.qwilr.com/article/178-e-signatures) says multiple signers can be configured and the page is not accepted until all have signed. Verify signing order, signer identity and the final evidence required for your agreement. [Qwilr](https://help.qwilr.com/article/89-pdfs) says the PDF is a print and archive version that can differ from the web page; interactive elements and embeds may not carry over. Compare the accepted terms, selected pricing and archived output before relying on the PDF. A person receiving that link may pass it on, so the link alone is not strong identity verification. Signature enforceability depends on the agreement, parties, evidence and applicable law. Plan archival and buyer access before canceling. ## Check the CRM snapshot and write-back [Qwilr](https://help.qwilr.com/article/407-hubspot-products) says later changes to HubSpot deal line items do not automatically update an already-created page; recreate it or update the quote as appropriate. Confirm the approved price before sharing and again before acceptance. [Qwilr](https://help.qwilr.com/article/829-hubspot-automations) describes HubSpot automations for deal fields and acceptance responses on Growth and Scale. It says these automations apply to Deal-connected templates, not Contact or Company templates. Test the integration version, intended record and error handling; reconcile the accepted amount with the CRM.
