## The short answer

- [Instapage](https://instapage.com/plans) lists unlimited published pages and conversions on its plans, but unique monthly visitors, subdomains and workspaces still constrain a campaign portfolio. Optimize adds server-side A/B testing; Convert lists ad-to-page personalization and global elements.
- Choose using peak traffic, brand domains and the team’s approval and lead-routing requirements, rather than page count alone.

## Count traffic and workspaces

The [plan page](https://instapage.com/plans) displays Create at $99 monthly or $79 per month billed annually, and the 30,000-visitor Optimize option at $199 monthly or $159 per month billed annually. It lists ten team members on Create and the displayed Optimize tiers. Confirm the 50,000-visitor price and contract at checkout.

The [plan table](https://instapage.com/plans) lists Create at 15,000 unique monthly visitors, two subdomains and one workspace. The 30,000-visitor Optimize option lists two subdomains and one workspace; the 50,000-visitor option lists ten subdomains and five workspaces. All listed plans have unlimited published pages. Collections share a template and content table but have separate per-collection limits. Confirm your chosen tier and contract before budgeting.

[Instapage’s usage guide](https://help.instapage.com/hc/en-us/articles/115010933927-How-do-usage-limits-work) says its unique-visitor cookie expires after three days, so a person returning to the same page later can count again. Ask what happens when the allowance is exceeded and validate the forecast against campaign spikes.

The [usage guide](https://help.instapage.com/hc/en-us/articles/115010933927-How-do-usage-limits-work) says the visitor counter resets on the account’s billing date and time. It says exceeding the limit locks the account and repeated overages may unpublish pages. Ask Instapage how these rules apply to the proposed plan.

## Separate collaboration, tests and personalization

The [plan page](https://instapage.com/plans) describes visual comments and reusable Instablocks, while global elements and ad-to-page personalization are listed under Convert. Comments do not establish a mandatory approval gate: ask for a demonstration of permissions, publication control and your actual review workflow. Confirm whether ad mapping is included in the quoted plan.

Optimize lists server-side A/B testing and customizable traffic splitting. The [experiment help article](https://help.instapage.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039136334-How-do-I-run-an-experiment-A-B-testing) says the split cannot be changed after an experiment starts, while the pricing page describes changing it without page-load delay. Confirm the current behavior before designing a test. Personalization targets experiences to audiences; it is a different decision from comparing variants in an experiment.

## Verify conversion and lead handoff

[Instapage’s HubSpot guide](https://help.instapage.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001720508-Integrating-with-HubSpot) describes a native integration that maps fields to a static list. Sending to a HubSpot form instead uses an embedded form or a Zapier bridge. Its guide says to test on the live URL, with different real email addresses; confirm records and automation in HubSpot.

The [webhook guide](https://help.instapage.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001722428-Integrating-with-Webhooks) describes a workspace endpoint and optional bearer token, connected to each page. The [CRM guide](https://help.instapage.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012028512-Integrating-with-various-CRMs-marketing-automations-or-any-kind-of-lead-management-software) says embedded external forms do not use Instapage lead collection or the native form-submission conversion goal. Test the receiver, mapping and tracking for the chosen route.

[Instapage](https://help.instapage.com/hc/en-us/articles/205235648-External-Conversion-Tracking) documents tracking an external thank-you page under specific conditions. Test your form, redirect and ad conversion tags together; check that campaign parameters and consent reach the CRM.

The [lead management guide](https://help.instapage.com/hc/en-us/articles/205235668-Lead-management) offers TXT, CSV and XLSX downloads for a selected time range and page or experience; bulk downloads depend on subscription and access. Reconcile exported leads and fields with the CRM. Ask how pages, assets and experiment history can be migrated separately.
