A restriction can interrupt conversations the team depends on. [LinkedIn’s automated activity policy](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1340567/automated-activity-on-linkedin?lang=en) says it does not permit third-party software or extensions that scrape or automate activity on its website. LinkedIn describes account restrictions for automation. Vendor precautions do not change LinkedIn’s policy. The policy does not provide a restriction rate for an individual account. Record who owns the decision and which conversations depend on the account. If the policy rules out automation, plan an outreach process the owner is willing to perform. ## Count the senders and client boundaries Price the actual sender pool and decide how client data should be separated. A workspace and a sender serve different purposes. [HeyReach pricing](https://www.heyreach.io/pricing) displays Growth at $79 per month per sender, Agency at $999 and Unlimited at $2,999. Its Unlimited description has a 300-sender fair-use ceiling. HeyReach says workspaces separate client data and enrichment credits are a one-time allocation. The Agency sender selector shows multiple capacities, so get a quote for the intended configuration. For example, an agency with separate client teams can count each sender and map each team to a workspace. Include any paid additions in the quote before comparing it with another product. ## Plan a campaign change Trace the people already in progress before changing a live campaign. A replacement list needs a reconciliation plan as well as new message copy. [HeyReach’s launch guide](https://help.heyreach.io/en/articles/9877952-how-to-launch-your-first-campaign-in-heyreach) says a launched campaign’s selected list cannot be replaced and describes duplication as the workaround. Exclusions are workspace-scoped, and previous sender conversations count only when registered in Unibox. For a replacement list, retain the original campaign state and compare it with the intended audience for the duplicate. Assign someone to resolve overlaps before anyone receives a repeated first message. [HeyReach’s list API guide](https://docs.heyreach.io/hey-reach-api/lists/add-leads-to-list) says adding leads to a list will not start them in a finished campaign or one that has consumed its list. Direct campaign-add endpoints are separate. Live sequence editing remains a question to demonstrate with a representative contact and sender already in progress. Record the resulting assignment and campaign state. ## Preserve fields and history Choose the exit route before importing custom values. A CSV that omits a field cannot serve as the only archive for that field. Keep the original input and mapping with the exported list. Validate the sample host and request shape, then reconcile the output with the input. [HeyReach’s import guide](https://help.heyreach.io/en/articles/9879182-how-to-import-and-use-custom-variables) warns that default names take precedence over colliding CSV mappings. API and Clay imports require firstName, lastName and profileUrl; missing fields can fail silently. Compare response counts with the source file and inspect records by profile URL.
