## The short answer

- FullEnrich fits a team that wants waterfall contact enrichment and a controlled HubSpot handoff.
- [FullEnrich credits](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9736469-how-do-credits-work) charge for catch-all and probably-valid work emails; a lookup with no result is uncharged.
- Set field rules before sending results to your CRM, and export contacts before the retention window ends.
- Consider Findymail for ongoing CRM maintenance or Hunter for its finder and HubSpot sync workflow.

## Start with the contact and the handoff

Choose the input and destination before running enrichment. A result only becomes useful to your team when it reaches the right record with enough context to review it.

[FullEnrich’s contact guide](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/12785389-how-to-enrich-contacts-in-fullenrich-a-step-by-step-guide) accepts a name with a company or a LinkedIn profile URL. It describes exporting results or pushing them to HubSpot.

For example, a sales operations owner can start with a known contact whose email field is empty. Keep the original record and compare the returned field before deciding whether it belongs in the CRM.

If an integration sends requests automatically, plan for results to arrive later. [FullEnrich’s webhook documentation](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/general/webhooks) describes an initial ID followed by asynchronous delivery, with signed payloads and delivery retries.

Keep your own request identifier with the result so a retry can be reconciled to the original job. Review failed deliveries and avoid treating a request ID as the enriched record.

## Price each kind of result

Budget by the fields you request and by the statuses your team will actually use. A charged result can still need review before a send.

[FullEnrich pricing](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) assigns one credit to a work email and ten to a mobile phone. Standalone profile or company enrichment costs 0.25 credits.

[FullEnrich’s credit guide](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9736469-how-do-credits-work) charges for probably-valid and catch-all work emails, while a lookup with no result is uncharged. These statuses deserve a separate sending decision; a charge does not prove delivery.

For a contact needing both email and phone, apply each documented rate to the returned fields. Record which outcomes your team accepts and compare the resulting spend with your budget.

FullEnrich pricing says monthly credits roll over for three months and yearly credits for twelve. Its credit guide says remaining subscription credits end at cycle end after cancellation, so plan usage before closing.

## Protect existing HubSpot fields

Agree on who may overwrite a value before connecting the CRM. Test both a blank field and a field that already contains a trusted value.

[FullEnrich’s integration guide](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/12035296-getting-started-with-hubspot-integration) requires admin access in both accounts. It describes matching through multiple identifiers and flags uncertain matches for review; mapped fields can fill blanks or overwrite values.

[FullEnrich’s HubSpot list guide](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/15819147-enrich-your-hubspot-contact-lists-using-fullenrich) describes a beta with manual runs of up to 5,000 contacts and per-field fill-empty or overwrite rules. It excludes scheduling, previews, re-verification and job-change detection.

That list workflow is distinct from the preview described for pushing already enriched contacts. [FullEnrich’s app guide](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/16235002-setup-guide-for-fullenrich-s-hubspot-application-beta) carries a not-yet-available banner, so confirm current availability and the route your team will use.

Give the CRM owner a small sample with known values and record the expected change for each field. Compare the record afterward, including the match selected, before expanding the run.

## Keep an exit copy

Export the records and history you need while the account is active. A credit balance, an enriched contact and a CRM field have different lifetimes.

[FullEnrich’s credit guide](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9736469-how-do-credits-work) says enriched contacts are deleted after three months. Its app guide says HubSpot values remain after disconnect, but those values are not a substitute for a complete export.

[HubSpot property history](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/export-property-history) can export previous and current values with timestamps and update source. HubSpot describes restoring earlier values through an import using record IDs.

Keep a copy outside the enrichment workflow and reconcile the fields with the CRM. Test a restoration on a controlled record before relying on it for a larger correction.

## How to compare the alternatives

Consider Findymail when ongoing CRM maintenance and a preview or rollback are central. Consider Hunter when a known-person finder and owner-controlled HubSpot sync fit the team.

[Findymail Datacare](https://www.findymail.com/crm-enrichment/) advertises monthly scans, job-change tracking and field-level no-override defaults. Review how its managed workflow handles your selected fields before comparing it with a manual FullEnrich list run.

[Hunter’s HubSpot guide](https://help.hunter.io/en/articles/1885573-hubspot-integration) says only a lead owner can manually sync that lead, and existing leads need an explicit sync after connecting. Its record-level finding fills an empty email.

The [FullEnrich alternatives comparison](https://quillwell.com/guides/compare/fullenrich-alternatives/) puts their billing and CRM workflows side by side. Use the [contact enrichment buying guide](https://quillwell.com/guides/contact-enrichment-software/) to test the same records and recovery plan.
