## The short answer

- Consider Findymail when employee discovery or managed CRM upkeep is part of the job.
- Findymail’s [prospecting plans](https://www.findymail.com/pricing/) start at $99 per month for Individual.
- Findymail’s [API rules](https://app.findymail.com/docs/) distinguish shared usage limits from credit-plan charges.
- Compare Hunter if domain search and its documented HubSpot sync fit your workflow.

## Choose the input and output

Start with the information you have and the result you need. Finding a person and finding that person’s address are separate steps.

Findymail’s [API documentation](https://app.findymail.com/docs/) recommends Find Employees in place of its deprecated domain-role endpoint. Find Employees returns people without email, so an address lookup remains a separate step.

For example, a team starting with a company domain can retain the people returned, then run address lookups for the selected records. Record failures as well as results so the handoff does not count every discovered person as an address.

The [email finder buying guide](https://quillwell.com/guides/email-finder-software/) helps choose between domain discovery and a known-person lookup. Compare the output with the fields your next workflow needs.

## Price the plan and API route

Choose the commercial route before forecasting usage. A prospecting subscription and reseller credits have different units.

Findymail’s [pricing page](https://www.findymail.com/pricing/) lists Individual at $99 per month, Team at $399 and Scale at $999, with different seats and usage. Its reseller section lists finder credits and bonus verifier credits separately. Do not apply reseller allowances to a prospecting subscription.

Findymail’s [API rules](https://app.findymail.com/docs/) say Individual, Team and Scale share usage limits rather than credits. The documentation does not give those plans’ absolute allowances. Obtain the allowance and renewal terms for the subscription you intend to use.

Findymail’s [API documentation](https://app.findymail.com/docs/) gives concurrency caps of 25 for Individual and 50 for Team. Scale has a cap of 150, subject to lower endpoint caps. Concurrency means simultaneous in-flight work rather than requests per minute.

On Findymail [credit plans](https://app.findymail.com/docs/), finder requests charge only on success, while every verifier request costs one verifier credit regardless of result. Find Employees charges per returned person. Record the route and each result when reconciling usage.

## Read the bounce guarantee

A guarantee has eligibility conditions and a review process. Keep the verification and sending records needed to evaluate a claim.

Findymail’s [bounce guarantee](https://help.findymail.com/en/article/how-does-the-bounce-guarantee-works-c2we1w/) requires at least 1,000 B2B addresses sent within 48 hours of verification, with invalid-address bounces above 5%. Claims must arrive within 30 days, and support reviews compensation individually.

Findymail includes verified catch-alls in the guarantee. Sending failures due to the sender, server or content are excluded. Another verifier’s risky or invalid verdict is not claim evidence.

Decide which verdicts your team accepts before sending. The [email verification guide](https://quillwell.com/guides/email-verification-software/) helps frame that decision without treating every returned address as valid.

## Set CRM field rules

A finder result and an ongoing CRM update have different consequences. Agree on field ownership before allowing a managed service to change records.

Findymail’s [Datacare page](https://www.findymail.com/crm-enrichment/) describes a separate managed CRM workflow with monthly scans, job-change tracking, duplicate merging and configurable field rules, including no-override defaults. Preview and rollback are available.

Use a small fixture with an existing value and an empty field to test the selected rules. Review the preview and destination. Exercise rollback before expanding the workflow. The documentation does not prove the outcome for your configuration.

## How to compare the alternatives

Consider Hunter when domain filters and its documented HubSpot workflow match the job. Consider FullEnrich when a waterfall and CRM field controls are central to the purchase.

The [Hunter vs Findymail comparison](https://quillwell.com/guides/compare/hunter-vs-findymail/) sets out a shared lookup and handoff test. The [FullEnrich alternatives comparison](https://quillwell.com/guides/compare/fullenrich-alternatives/) covers enrichment choices, while the [email finder buying guide](https://quillwell.com/guides/email-finder-software/) starts with the input you have.
