## The short answer

- Consider [Tally](https://quillwell.com/guides/software/tally/) for collection and webhooks when fair use and organization terms fit.
- Consider [Fillout](https://quillwell.com/guides/software/fillout/) when a form must update a connected record.
- Consider [Feathery](https://quillwell.com/guides/software/feathery/) when rule-based API actions are central and the necessary connections fit the quote.
- Stay with [Typeform](https://quillwell.com/guides/software/typeform/) if its response allowance, mapping and workspace terms meet the job.

## Start with collection volume

[Tally’s free plan](https://tally.so/pricing) lists forms, submissions, logic and webhooks, subject to [fair use](https://tally.so/help/fair-use-policy). Sustained high volume may require a custom plan. For a simple campaign sending submissions to an endpoint, check fair use and the receiver’s behavior before treating the plan as unlimited capacity.

[Fillout pricing](https://www.fillout.com/pricing) lists 1,000 responses monthly and unlimited seats on Free. Starter lists 2,000 monthly responses for $15 per month equivalent, billed $180 annually; Pro lists 5,000 for $40 monthly equivalent, billed $480 annually. The annual commitments are not month-to-month prices.

[Typeform Free](https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032972852-Free-plan) lists 10 monthly responses across forms; [Basic and Plus](https://www.typeform.com/pricing) list 100 and 1,000 respectively. At the allowance, [Typeform says](https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040197372-Response-limits) forms become private unless the allowance is increased. Compare forecast peaks and the consequence of exceeding the allowance, not just the entry price.

## Choose the destination behavior

[Fillout’s HubSpot integration](https://support.fillout.com/integrations/hubspot) describes creating Contacts, Deals and Companies, updating existing contacts and prefilling data. For a returning lead, map the fields and test an existing synthetic contact as well as a new one. [Update links](https://www.fillout.com/help/update-forms) load entire records by default; restricted prefill limits the loaded fields but also removes unmapped fields from logic, calculations and answer piping.

[Typeform’s HubSpot integration](https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/28399440594324-Connect-Typeform-with-HubSpot) also describes creating or updating contacts and mapping questions. If it already meets the destination job, keeping Typeform may be less disruptive than moving. Compare the actual mappings, response allowance and the ownership arrangement.

[Tally’s webhook](https://tally.so/help/webhooks) sends submission data to an endpoint. The receiver or an automation layer must perform any desired create-or-update logic. Specify who maintains matching and duplicates; do not infer those behaviors from the existence of a webhook.

[Tally offers free form-level duplicate prevention](https://tally.so/help/prevent-duplicate-submissions) using a chosen identifier, including a form field, hidden or calculated field, IP address or respondent ID. Only submissions made after the setting is enabled count; shared IP addresses can block different people. This does not replace the receiver’s create-or-update and repeated-event handling.

## Consider rule-driven intake

[Feathery’s API action guide](https://docs.feathery.io/platform/build-forms/advanced-logic/visual-rule-builder/connect-to-api-action) describes connectors for lookups and custom validation. It may fit a workflow that needs an external check before deciding the next step, provided the buyer can specify and operate that workflow.

[Feathery’s pricing page](https://www.feathery.io/pricing) rendered a sales-led demo view, while a hidden table in the page markup listed Free at $0 with 500 monthly submissions and five live forms. Confirm whether that offer is currently available, and quote the necessary integration, plan and failure handling. Its FAQ counts repeat submissions by the same person to the same form in a month as one user; ask how usage is counted for your account.

## Price the same organization and handoff

For one organization with three editors, [Typeform Plus](https://www.typeform.com/pricing) lists three users and 1,000 monthly responses. [Fillout Free](https://www.fillout.com/pricing) lists unlimited seats and 1,000 monthly responses. [Tally Pro](https://tally.so/pricing) lists unlimited team members in shared workspaces; confirm current billing and fair-use terms. A seat count alone does not establish that each plan includes every needed workflow.

Tally’s [fair use policy](https://tally.so/help/fair-use-policy) says paid subscriptions cannot be shared with businesses outside the registered organization. Its [collaboration guide](https://tally.so/help/team-collaboration) says template copies omit responses and transferred forms lose integrations. [Fillout’s export guide](https://www.fillout.com/help/importing-and-exporting-forms) says form exports omit submissions and comments, and integrations need reconnection when importing to another organization.

For every option, name the form owner, response archive owner and destination owner. Export a sample, reconnect the client’s destination and run the same synthetic lead before retiring the original form. A copied form is not a complete workflow migration.
